Share the Love, part 2

The friend I recently turned on to BSG sent me this message last week:

"I couldn't stand it. I went out and bought the first season and first
half of the second season of Battlestar Galactica!

"You may never hear from me again! ;-)"

Heh, it's like an infection.

As another friend you turned on to BSG I have to agree about its addictiveness and feel saved from the habit by having gotten rid of my rig years ago. I am content to hear you rave about it in person and through this blog until seasons' ends to actually live for a while in galacticaville as I consume whole season dvd sets in one sitting.

Keep up the good work, kiddo, we dorky nerds need such avatars.

Sorry about hogging your comments, but I just read this quote, added it to my quote page and came straight here, well kinda straight, and had to share it with you."

"Imagine a world in which generations of human beings come to believe that certain films were made by God or that specific software was coded by him. Imagine a future in which millions of our descendants murder each other over rival interpretations of Star Wars or Windows 98. Could anything -- anything -- be more ridiculous? And yet, this would be no more ridiculous than the world we are living in." -Sam Harris, author (1967- )

I don't suppose you felt like a prophet when you began this infiltration of the blogosphere, so beware what you sanctify with thy adulation. ;)

Heh, heh, ha ha, ho ho, hee hee.

Hi Todd :) That's a nice quote, both amusing and frightening.

Of course, generations to come will merely have to read my works to know The Truth and be saved.

This has all happened before, and it will happen again.
